MAKING AN ORDER PROCEDURES

1st
Email us your orders or request at mailto:biggyboogifts@gmail.com/, however, do not assume all email orders are confirmed until we reply you a confirmation email or you can also call +6012-3629877 for orders and inquiries between 9am to 8pm weekdays only. After the hours, please email us.

2nd
Choose the size, design (ready made or design your own self)If you were to design your own self, please send your selected designs or pictures which u preferred to our email for us to process. (This is for custom-made products)

3rd
State the Quantity(s) and Date of pick up

4th
Remember to leave your name & phone number & email address

5th
All orders will be confirmed by email, and only when payment has been received, we will process your order. We will state the date and time for pickup of your gifts in our confirmation email. Please remember your date and time of pickup as we won’t be calling everyone to remind them. Thank you.

6th
Payment should be made before pick up date, either by cash at the ordering /pick up point or by bank transfer at any Maybank ATM points or online banking via maybank2u.com, whichever is convenient for u. Do email us for bank account details.

Refund Policy:


No refund of goods
when buyers change their mind, no exceptions.
Goods sold are not returnable.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

1. How do I make an order?
Simple! Just text or call us at 012-3629877 or email us at biggyboogifts@gmail.com with your name and number plus necessary order info

2. How many types of sizes for me to choose ?
For Key Chain and Magnet there are 3 sizes available.For Balloon, there is only one sizes available with 3 designs. (coming soon)

3. Is there a minimum order?
No, but it is subject to the terms and conditions

4. Can I buy off the shelf at your shop?
For now we do not have a ready made one as yet so all our gifts are strictly on a made to order basis only, we do have selected readymade for sale and it is limited to certain amount only.

5. Can I request for my own design?
Yes you may do so by emailing us your preferred design or picture and we will then inform you if we can or cannot do the designs for customization.

6. How long in advance must I order?
At least 5 days in advance please, subject to slot availability, location and quantities

7. Can I order way in advance say 1 month from now?
Yes you may. Maximum 3 months in advance. Nonetheless a deposit of 50% is required.

8. How long does the gifts last?
It is hard to say however if it is handle with care, it will be lasting.

9. Do you have gift wrap?
Yes, charges will be required for the wrapping paper and boxes.

10. Can I choose the wrapping paper ?
Unfortunately not. we wrap the available papers which subject to availability However, you may inquire about the papers and designs available.

11. Can you write 'happy birthday' or other messages on the gifts?
Yes, all at no extra charge

12. Do you deliver?
Yes we do but our delivery areas are very limited. Delivery charges range from RM5 onwards depending on the location. please call 012-3629877 for more info.

13. Where do I pick up my order?
At our showroom at 177, Jalan Sarjana, Taman Connaught , 56000 Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

14. Can I pay only when I received?
Yes, cash term but 50% deposit is required before we process your orders

15. Can I pay by online banking?
Yes you may, for account details please call us.

16. Do you send your gift by mail?
We only deliver by car in KL and PJ area. Others will be by pos

17. Is there a bulk discount?
Yes we offer discounts for orders 500pcs and above.

18. What if I am a regular customer, will I get a discount?
We are revising a loyalty program for our loyal customers which will be announced soon.

19. Can you do gifts for my wedding/events /corporate/bachelor party/birthday/etc?
Yes of course! Our gifts are perfect for any occasion, you name it and we'll do it.

20. Can i get a sample before I make an order?
Unfortunately we do not offer sample, however, we do offer a minimum of 2 of (to be revised)

21. Can I change the date of my order?
Yes you may. If you want it on an earlier or later date, let us know at least 5 days before the date you originally confirmed for pick up

22. Can I change the messages on my gifts after I have confirmed my order?
Yes you may let us know at least 5 days before the date you originally confirmed for pick up

.23. Can I cancel my order?
Yes of course you may do so by giving us at least 5 days advance notice.
